Fulfillment Policy:

Refund Policy: Under certain circumstances, Clients may request a refund for payments made in error or for overpayments.  

Cancellation Policy:  Clients who wish to cancel services should contact their relationship manager for further information.  Accounts will be settled based on a review of the engagement agreement, work in process, and client account balance, if any.
