Prior to joining ADC, Keith began his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as an auditor of publicly traded companies. He later joined The Stackpole Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts as a corporate officer and was actively involved in the initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange of Stackpole Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary as well as the divestiture of several U.S. subsidiaries.
With over 30 years of extensive experience in both private industry and public accounting, Keith currently provides tax, accounting, and auditing services for closely held businesses and their shareholders, primarily in manufacturing, technology, and service industries. Keith also served as a Director of Georgetown Bank and Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee until the Bank was sold to Salem Five Bank in 2017.
